We are approaching the third edition of the "FOUR ELEMENTS" tasting dinner – an event that combines taste, emotions, and culinary art at the highest level.
Why is this event so special?
On this evening, not one but four outstanding Chefs will cook, each interpreting one of the elements:
Element of Earth – Michał Świerad - pastry technologist at Barbara Luijckx, who will prepare the dessert
Element of Water – Dawid Klimaniec - Złoty Groń Istebna Restaurant, who will prepare the main fish dish
Element of Fire – Dawid Bielecki - KUK Restaurant/Verte Hotel Warsaw, who will prepare the main meat dish
Element of Air – Dawid Wojciechowski - Salt Toruń Restaurant, who will prepare the appetizer
Each Chef will create an original dish as their culinary interpretation of their element – surprising, meticulously crafted, and full of distinct flavors.
The evening will be complemented by themed drinks, prepared especially for this occasion – each based on a different alcohol, according to a unique recipe, perfectly matching the character of the element.
It will be an evening that awakens all the senses.
